Assisting individual clients self-actualization and conflict resolution. Consulting to various projects in research design and use of Personality Tests and mental complexity assessment tools. Since 1980, analyzed over 5300 Tests in over 200 different academic and business contexts.
Over the twenty-five years, we have consulted with a large number of clients in the private sector, public sector, government and academia. These efforts have generated results that we have used to further refine and extend ego development theory and its role in adult development. The following represents a small cross section of our international and multi-lingual client base both past and present. Some represent long-term relationships extending over many years.
